重庆邮电大学移通学院成立于2000年，是经教育部批准（教发函〔2004〕41号），由重庆邮电大学举办的独立学院，属全日制普通本科院校，面向全国招生。
学校位于重庆合川大学城，校园依山傍水，环境优美，交通便捷。目前占地面积1350亩，总建筑面积达44万平方米，教学仪器设备总值8946万元，校外实习实训基地98个，图书资料142万册。现有通信工程系、自动化系、计算机系等8个系，远景学院、中德学院、艺术传媒学院等5个二级学院，4个教学部，以及独具特色的英才教育委员会、双体系基地等部门。共开设通信工程、电气工程及其自动化、轨道交通与信号控制、财务管理、工程管理、广播电视编导等28个本科专业，通信技术、工商企业管理等7个专科专业，形成了以工为主，经、管、文、艺五大学科协调发展的专业体系。目前在校学生17600多人，本科学生16200多人。现有专任教师882人，其中教授、副教授268人，外籍教师10余人。
学校秉承"乐教、乐学、创造、创业"校训精神，以应用型人才培养为目标，信息科学技术为特色，致力于培养人格高尚、专业基础扎实、创新实践能力强、具有国际视野的"应用型、工程型、创业型、国际化"人才，服务信息行业和地方社会经济发展。2009年以来，学校毕业生就业率一直在92%以上，就业率长期位居重庆市独立学院首位。毕业生就业主要分布在通信、制造、软件开发等行业，基本实现对口就业。
学校办学特色鲜明，人才培养措施有力，校园文化氛围浓厚。通过专业实验室、校内外实习实训基地以及学生科技竞赛训练基地、公共教学平台等，为学生构建工程训练创新平台，大力培养应用型信息技术人才；构建与企业无缝对接的双体系基地，开展素质拓展、创新学分、工程训练、移通网络学堂等人才培养的全方位工程教育体系。借鉴国外办学模式，探索远景学院人才培养新机制，推行通识教育；成立重庆市首个创业学院，建立大学生创业基地，全面推动创业教育和实践。搭建艺术欣赏与实践、竞技体育、社团活动、志愿者服务等一体的英才教育平台；启迪智慧与名家面对面，通过名人讲座、名师课堂、音乐剧、青年剧场、保利影院等打造文化移通名片，探索"文化移通"创新育人之路。
学校坚持实施国际化战略，继与德国安哈尔特应用技术大学，联合成立中德应用技术学院以来，已与德国、美国等国十余所大学签署合作办学协议，广泛开展中外联合培养的硕士、本科双学历教育活动，目前已送出百余名学生到国外深造，在校预备赴德学生近千人。2013年成功举办中德国际教育论坛，邀请10余所德国高校、60余所国内高校参加，促进了中德高校交流合作。
学校特色办学成果斐然，四年来共获得省部级以上竞赛奖励81项，其中：2011年我校学生在全国数学建模竞赛中获得国家级一等奖，实现我校历史性的突破；2012年我校音乐剧《毕业生》荣获第三届中国戏剧奖·校园戏剧奖。学校先后荣获全国十佳优秀独立学院、中国十大品牌独立学院、重庆市园林式单位、重庆市数字化校园、重庆市大中专毕业生就业工作先进集体等30余项荣誉称号，2013年被教育部列为中国应用技术大学首批改革试点院校，得到社会各界广泛认可。

Das Yitong Institut der Chongqing Universit?t für Post und Telekommunikation wurde im Jahr 2000 gegründet, ist eine vom chinesischen Erziehungsministerium genehmigte Hochschule für vierj?hrige Studienzeit.
Das Institut befindet sich in dem Hechuan Viertel der Stadt Chongqing, verfügt über eine sch?ne Landschaft und gemütlichen Verkehr. Die Fl?che des Instituts betr?gt 1350 Mu. Die gasamte Baufl?che ist rund 440000 qm mit Ausbildungsger?ten und Instrumenten in Wert von 85.87 Millionen Yuan und 98 Praktikasbasis sowie 1340000 Büchern. Das Institut bietet folgende acht Fakult?ten wie z.B. Kommunikationstechnik, Automatisierung und Computerwissenschaft；6 untergeordnete Institute wie z.B. das Institut für zukunftige Auszubildende und Elite, das Chinesisch-Deutsche Institut und das Institut für Art und Multimedia an. Im Institut gibt es insgesamt 27 F?cher von vierj?hriger und 7 dreij?hriger Studienzeit, Studierende 16700, davon 15500 mit vierj?hriger Studienzeit, Lehrkr?fte 829 Personen, davon Professoren 265.
Unsere Uni h?lt die Idee "Lehrfreude, Lernfreude, Inovation, Unternehmung". Wir bestehen auf der Orientierung an die Wirschaftsentwicklung und sozialem Bedarf, auf die Besonderheit an Informatikwissenschaft , auf die Hochqualit?t der privaten Hochschule, auf das Ziel der vielf?ltigen Entwicklung der Studenten. Unsere Hochschule setzt die internationalen Strategien durch und hat mit Hochschule Anhalt aus Deutschland Sino-Deutsche Fachhochschule gegeründet. Seitdem hat unsere Schule mit mehr als zehn Hochschulen aus Deutschland, den USA usw. Kooperationsvereinbarungen abgeschlossen und Erziehungsaktivit?ten der Master-Bachelor-Diplombildung veranstaltet. Bisher haben über 100 Studenten im Ausland weiterstudiert und etwa 1000 Studenten sind bereit, zukünftig in Deutschland weiterzustudieren. 2013 wurde das Chinesisch-deutsche internationale Bildungsforum erfolgreich veranstaltet, dabei wurden gut zehn deutsche Hochschulen, über 60 chinesische Hochschulen eingeladen und haben an dem Forum teilgenommen, was die Zusammenarbeit zwischen chinesichen und deutschen Hochschulen gef?rdert hat.
Es gibt viele beeindruckende hervorragende Ergebnisse. In den letzten vier Jahren sind 81 Preise über dem Provinzabteilungsniveau von den Studenten gewonnen, z. B. im Jahr 2011 haben die Studenten den ersten Platz landesweit im mathematischen Wettbewerb belegt. Das ist ein historischen Durchbruch. 2012 hat unser Musikspiel "Absolventen" in der dritten chinesischen dramatischen Auszeichnung einen Campuspreis gewonnen. Daneben hat unser Institut mehr als drei?ig Ehrentitel gewonnen,n?mlich " eines der besten zehn unabh?ngige Institute", "Chinas Top-Ten-Marken unabh?ngige Institute" ,"Die Garten-stil Einheit in Chongqing", "digitaler Campus die Stadt Chongqing", und "das fortschnittliche Kollektiv in der Seite von der Besch?ftingung der Hochschulabsolventen in Chongqing". College of Mobile Telecommunications, Chongqing University of Posts_and Telecommunications (hereinafter referred to as the college) is an independent college ratified by the Ministry of Education (Document [2004] No. 41)_and organized by Chongqing University of Posts_and Telecommunications. It is a full-time regular undergraduate institution, founded in August, 2000,_and recruiting students nationwide.
The campus, conveniently located in the scenic, culture-loaded College Zone in Hechuan District, Chongqing, is currently covering 50 out of the planned 90 hectares of land. The college has teaching_and administrative buildings, dormitories_and canteens with a floor space of more than 440,000 square meters, teaching facilities_and equipment worth 85,870,000 yuan RMB, 98 extramural internship_and training bases,_and a collection of 1,340,000 books. Since 2009, the college has been boasting a graduate employment rate of more than 90%, which consistently ranks it at the top of all the independent colleges in Chongqing. Guided by the strategy of internationalization, the college founded the Sino-German Institute of Applied Technology in cooperation with the German Fachhochschule (FH) Anhalt,_and afterwards, dozens of other universities in Germany_and the USA have also joined our Sino-foreign joint masters_and dual bachelors training programs. As of now, hundreds of students have already studied abroad,_and around 1000 students are currently devoting themselves to their planned studies in Germany. In 2013, the college hosted the national Sino-German Educational Forum, joined by dozens of German universities_and 60 Chinese universities, furthering the cooperation between Chinese_and German educational institutions.
